On this page, you can find instructions for using ABC-mobiili. Download the free ABC-mobiili app from your app store and get access to all services that make motorists’ lives easier, such as mobile refuelling, pre-ordering and paying for food, car washes, and changing benefits.

HOW TO START USING ABC-MOBIILI

1. Download the free ABC-mobiili app from your app store.

2. Register and accept the terms of use. When registering as a co-op member, you will automatically earn Bonus. By connecting your S-Etukortti Visa card as your payment card, you will earn Bonus and receive a payment method benefit of 0.5% from your purchases.

3. Your login code will be sent to your email at registration. NOTE! In addition to your email inbox, please check your spam folder if the email has not reached you. More detailed instructions for Elisa’s email users can be found at the end of this page.

4. Add the credit or debit feature of the desired payment card. You can also use Apple Pay in the ABC-mobiili app.

5. All done! You can immediately try out the easiest and quickest mobile refuelling in the world.

ORDER AND PAY FOR FOOD IN ADVANCE

1. Open ABC-mobiili on your phone.

2. Make sure you are logged in to the app and have added your debit or credit card.

3. Select ‘Buy from the restaurant’ on the front page.

4. Select the ABC station from where you want to order.

5. Choose either ‘I will eat at the station’ or ‘I will take it to go’.

6. Add the dishes and possible side dishes to your order.

7. Add the time you want your order to be ready and pay for the order in ABC-mobiili.

8. When you arrive at the station, enter the number of the pick-up parking space or the table number. Your food will be brought to you at the agreed time.

9. A receipt of your purchase will be automatically generated in the app. As a co-op member, you will automatically earn Bonus from your purchases.

PAYING FOR THE BUFFET WITH ABC-MOBIILI

You can buy a buffet lunch in advance with the ABC-mobiili app and save 10%*. When you pay for your buffet lunch beforehand, you can enjoy the buffet straight away without going to the checkout and avoid queues. Quick and easy!

1. Open ABC-mobiili on your phone.

2. Make sure you are logged in to the app and have added your debit or credit card.

3. Pick the station where you are going to eat.

4. Select ‘Buy a buffet meal’.

5. Add the number of people eating. Lower prices are also available for children.

6. Make the payment and proceed directly to the buffet without visiting the checkout.

7. The receipt of your purchase is stored in the app. As a co-op member, you will automatically earn Bonus from your purchases.

MOBILE REFUELLING

The quickest and easiest mobile refuelling in the world is now available at all ABC service stations. You don’t need to be afraid of card skimming, as you no longer need to use your card. You can easily close the service if you lose your phone.

1. Open ABC-mobiili on your phone.

2. Make sure you are logged in to the app and have added your debit or credit card.

3. At the station, the app automatically launches the dispenser selection display. Select the number of the dispenser you intend to use from the app.

4. Start refuelling by picking up the nozzle.

5. The refuelling ends automatically when you put the nozzle back in its place.

6. A receipt of your purchase will be automatically generated in the app. As a co-op member, you will automatically earn Refuelling Bonus, up to 5 cents per litre.

7. You can monitor your refuelling statistics through the ‘History’ menu.

ABC-LATAUS FOR ALL ELECTRIC CARS

1. Drive to a free charging station.

2. Select the correct charging station from the app and start charging. When making an authorisation hold, prepare to identify yourself using your own banking app, for example.

3. Connect the cable. At a basic charging station, you use your own cable. At a power or high-power charging station, you use a fixed cable installed on the charging station.

4. Usually, the easiest way to stop charging is unlocking your car. In most car models, this will stop charging and unlock the charging cable. You can also stop charging from the ABC-mobiili app, but this usually does not unlock the cable.

5. The final price of charging will be invoiced to your payment instrument set in the ABC-mobiili app immediately after charging. The payment is charged according to the amount of electricity you use and the authorisation hold will be cancelled.

6. The receipt of the charging is stored in the app. As a co-op member, you will automatically earn Bonus from your charging.

MOBILE WASH

A car wash has never been this easy! Thanks to the easy ABC-mobiili payment, you can now pay for the wash without stepping out of your car at all. Mobile wash is available at almost all ABC CarWash stations. More detailed instructions for paying a single car wash and multiple and monthly washes using ABC-mobiili can be found below.

Paying for a single car wash with ABC-mobiili:

1. Open ABC-mobiili on your phone.

2. Make sure you are logged in to the app and have added your debit or credit card.

3. Select the car wash station you intend to use in the app.

4. Select the Wash function and then select the wash programme you wish to use.

5. Pay for the wash when you reach the payment terminal and your turn is next.

6. When the car wash facility door opens, drive in and follow the instructions provided at the facility.

7. The receipt of the car wash is stored in the app. As a co-op member, you will automatically earn Bonus from your purchases.

Paying for a multiple wash with ABC-mobiili:

1. Open ABC-mobiili on your phone.

2. Make sure you are logged in to the app and have added your debit or credit card.

3. If you want to use all the washes later, start by selecting ‘Buy a wash in advance’ on the front page of ABC-mobiili. If you want to use one wash immediately and the rest later, make the purchase after selecting the station.

4. Select the ABC CarWash station and then click ‘Buy a wash’.

5. Select the desired multiple wash package.

6. Pay for a multiple wash pass with a few clicks.

7. As a co-op member, you will automatically earn Bonus from your purchases.

8. Washes are stored in the ‘Wash’ section under the ‘Me’ menu. The next time you want to wash your car, the app will automatically suggest using the multiple wash pass.

Paying for a monthly wash with ABC-mobiili:

1. Open ABC-mobiili on your phone.

2. Make sure you are logged in to the app and have added your debit or credit card.

3. If you want to buy a monthly wash in advance, start by selecting ‘Buy a wash in advance’ on the front page of ABC-mobiili. If you are already at the station and want to use one wash immediately, make the purchase after selecting the station.

4. Select the ABC CarWash station and then click ‘Buy a wash’.

5. Select the desired monthly wash package.

6. Pay and confirm your monthly wash pass with just a few clicks. As a co-op member, you will automatically earn Bonus from your purchases.

MORE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR PEOPLE USING ELISA’S EMAIL

A possible error in the email services offered by Elisa can prevent logging in to ABC-mobiili. A possible error in Elisa’s email services (e.g. kolumbus.fi, elisanet.fi, kotinet.fi, kotinetti.fi) is due to the fact that the email provider will classify the verifications from S Group as unsafe spam and therefore the verification email code is not displayed in the inbox or spam folders.

We recommend that you go to your email settings and enable the setting ‘Show spam’ so that the verification codes of your S user account will be displayed in the spam folder. Alternatively, you can modify the settings of your spam filters at OmaElisa: https://verkkoasiointi.elisa.fi/sahkoposti, under Sähköposti (Email) > Tallennusasetukset (Saving options) and Käsittelysäännöt (Processing rules). In this way, you can add the email address no-reply@tunnus.sok.fi to the list of permitted emails, after which these messages will no longer be directed to the spam folder.
