The “Station” page on the application specifies the ABC service station (“ABC”) and its details that you can contact before placing an order. The ABC service station is operated by the cooperative under S Group that acts as a trader of food delivery and that is indicated on the navigation of the “Station” page for the individual station.
Due to food safety, food products may be stored for a maximum of 10 minutes after they are ready. Please give your table number for serving the food no later than 10 minutes after the time on the application indicating when the food is ready. If you have not given the table number within 10 minutes, the food products will be discarded, but you are obliged to pay the total value of the order.
The order has no cancellation rights, as food products cannot be returned due to their nature.
The travel estimate shown in the application is based on the software manufacturer’s understanding, which does not take into account congestion or any irregular situations. Please reserve enough time for you to be at the station before the order is ready.
The delivery of food products may be delayed due to a rush or other unforeseen event. In such situations, the order will be prepared as soon as possible.
The buffet is purchased for a selected ABC station. The buffet can only be purchased during the ABC station’s service hours for the buffet. The purchase may include one or more buffet servings. One buffet serving entitles one person to dine during the buffet’s service hours. The buffet purchase is valid for 60 minutes starting from the moment of purchase.
After purchasing, the customer can pick up food from the buffet and start eating. The customer receives a receipt for the purchase in ABC mobile. The receipt shows when you paid for the buffet. Upon request, the customer must show the receipt to the ABC station’s staff.
Please note that the buffet might close before the order expires. The buffet selection is not replenished after closing.
The buffet at the outlet is open from 9 am to 3 pm. You submit an order at 2:50 pm, allowing you to pick up food for as long as the buffet is available and the order is valid. After 3 pm, the buffet selection is not replenished.
You might encounter technical faults and disruptions when ordering food products, which might prevent the station from receiving the order. ABC will not be held liable for any technical disturbances or unavailability of the app.
The total price of the food is shown when ordering. The order does not include delivery costs or other costs. Your mobile operator may charge for the use of mobile data.
The terms and conditions that you have accepted when using the app for the first time also apply to ABC mobile.
ABC is responsible for defects in the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In case you have a customer complaint related to food products, please contact the ABC service point indicated on the Station page if the order had defects or lacked something. You can also submit a contact request via S Group’s feedback system.
In case you detect an error or have any development suggestions for the app, you can contact the customer service of Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta that provides the application.
